Story:
'Nenu Meeku Telusa' is a stylishly executed and the storyline is totally different. Manoj Kumar who
plays the role of Aditya suffers from memory loss. He can remember only whatever happened the day
before he sleeps. Every morning when he wakes up he forgets what happened before. He is a a Manager
in S.S.Group of Companies. His medical condition is known only to his uncle and his family doctor
(Harshavardhan). On doctors advice, he records 'things to remember' in his own voice and keeps a
note on his bedside to remind him every morning to play that tape. Madhumita (Riya Sen) is the Vice
President of his company and also Aditya's lover. Other's in the movie are company M.D. (Nazar)
who's his own uncle, General Manager (Sunil), and other colleagues Rajesh (Uttej), Lakshmi (Surekha
Vani). His life takes a twist when he is accused of his uncle's murder. Neither Adi nor others
around him know that Adi is the Nephew of the mudered uncle. Enters investigation officer Anjali
(Sneha Ullal) who was Adi's ex lover from the college and takes up the case with personal interest
yet professionally. How the investigation turns out. How Adi comes out clean forms the crux of the
story.
Performances:
Manoj did an excellent job. He perfectly fits into the role. He looks stylish. His stunts are good
and also dances great. Riya Sen also gives good performance and looks cute as always. Sneha Ullal
gave average performance as IPS officer she needs to improve her body language. Nazar is his usual
best.Harshavardhan as doctor was apt to the role. Comedic relif provided by Brahmanandam and sunil
provide comedy track. Comedy appears flat in some places.
Music:
Music is good. Picturization of songs is particularly good and stylish, the visuals, graphics, and
choreography are impressive. Lyrics of the title song 'Kannu Theristhe Jananamele' are good. Remix
of 'Mabbe Masakesindile is good.
Last Word:
'Nenu Meeku Telusa' can be said as a milestone in Manoj's Career. Movie is very stylish, different
and Manoj's performance and his body language is excellent. Ajay Shastry's screenplay is good.
Stunts and fights are executed well too. Storyline might not attract the masses. At the boxoffice it
can be rated as an average movie. | |
